Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I order by phone?
    Yes. We prefer that you order online. If you are having difficulty ordering online, please call (800) 392-1066.
  2. How long for delivery?
    Production time is 14-21 business days. Shipping time varies. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We ship UPS ground from the East Coast. Shipping to the West Coast is a minimum of 5 days.
  3. Why isn’t delivery quicker?
    We produce to order and we must group orders together for maximum efficiency.
  4. Will I receive an e-mail confirmation number and UPS tracking number?
    Yes, after the order is completed you will receive an e-mail from College Lane with the confirmation number and UPS tracking number.
  5. What is the deadline for ordering?
    May 15th for the 1st session. June 12th for the 2nd session. ALL ORDERS MUST BE IN BY THESE DATES.
  6. Can items be shipped to camp?
    Yes. Orders placed after the deadlines cannot be guaranteed to be received in time for camp. Even if you are shipping clothing to camp, you must adhere to the above deadline. College Lane is an approved vendor for Eisner and Crane Lake camps and all packages sent from us will be delivered to your child at camp.
  7. Can I return items?
    Yes, if they are damaged. We will send a UPS call tag to your home.
  8. What if our credit card doesn’t go through?
    Please check with your bank/credit card company regarding your credit limit. Make sure you have enough funds on your credit card.
  9. Can we use College Lane for our own needs (bar and bat mitzvahs, schools, teams, and businesses?)
